The principal components of this star system are the stars 'LBE462.A' and 'LBE462.B' that dominate it gravitationally. 'LBE462.A' is a yellow dwarf class star that contains about 69% of the system's known mass, 'LBE462.B' is a yellow dwarf class star that contains about 30% of the system's known mass.

System 'LBE462' is located more than 5250 lightyears from the center of the galaxy.
