The principal components of this star system are the stars 'TAH609.A' and 'TAH609.B' that dominate it gravitationally. 'TAH609.A' is a red giant class star that contains about 82% of the system's known mass, 'TAH609.B' is a red giant class star that contains about 17% of the system's known mass.

System 'TAH609' is located more than 573 lightyears from the center of the galaxy.
