captaintaylor's pageCaptainTaylor - Journal - USS Nexius Stardate 1001.1 Discovered a new solar system within the NGC1300 Galaxy. The computer system has revealed some intereting information concerning the system. The central star is a small red dwarf with 11 planet orbiting planets and some 949 moons. Further study will reveal more.
Stardate 1002.1 The red dwarf star (NEE682) is located 2237 light years from the center of this galaxy (NGC 1300). Given it's temperature and size it's lifespan will outlive many generations. The second planet in the NEE682 system "NEE682.2" has the possibly of supporting lower live forms but nothing more. The temperatures on the remaining ten planets is far to hot to support life. As far as we know.
Stardate 1003.1 Today I have made a destion to rename the small red dwarf in honour of a mythilogical figure. Legend has it that a great mother birthed 13 children. Each child had a special gift and when they became of age their gifts took on real powers. One child had the gift of telepathy and another the ability to speak in 200 languages. This star is now entered into the computer records as "Inez" (NEE682.2) and will live as long as the star does -which should be a few million years.
Stardate 1004.1 A flyby of the second planet NEE682.2 reveals a stunning view. The colour seems strange given the surface and atmospheric componants. Further study on the planet will be conducted.
Stardate 1005.1 Information concerning the second planet now named "Supporus" (NEE682.2) reveals that remnants of two civilizations had lived on the surface some 30,000 years ago. A group called the "Sheena's" invaded "supporus" (NEE682.2) and waged war on the "Supporians" for 200 years. Eventually the 'Supporians" fled the planet in search of a new home. The "Sheena's" inhabited the planet for the next 300 years before they too left in search of a new place to conquer. "Talam", "Nowee" and "Feeno" the three moons of "supporus" (NEE582.2) are an interesting spectical. Different in size, orbit and material and should reveal some interesing detail.
