Galaxiki Community BlogSubscribe via RSS The Geddi WarDecember 31, 2009by rodenbough The key event in my galaxy is the Geddi War which raged between the Ximeraa Empire(the Geddi people) and the Shamashite Alliance. The two belligents had pursued opposing policies in the century leading up to the war. The Geddi had pursued a policy of ruthless, often genocidal conquest of neighboring star systems. The Alliance, a more mecantile people used trade and diplomacy to bind together the Alliance. The Alliance permitted the member systems to explore and utilize their systems while only colonizing uninhabited solar systems. The Invasion of the Solios/Antisolios System was the casus belli of the war.The Geddi tried to conquer a system protected from colonization by the Alliance becuse the system had an indigenous "First Century" civilization. In each of my contributions and personal solar systems, I have stated the political affiliation of each system on whether they belong to the Alliance or the Empire.

Although he was treated like a freak in his Canadian gym classes (exam 70-642) and will never be able to naturally reproduce (although regardless of the condition of his nonexistent testicles, the size of his prodigious nose would prevent him from getting within two feet of anybody, especially a woman), he developed a reputation from a young age for having an immasculinely high voice.Geddy shattered sexual stereotypes and gender roles in vocal music throughout his formative years and eventually joined the local band Rush, the other members of which were sissy boys. He felt at home immediately. It was the perfect place for him to be. In fact 70-680 questions, after nearly 38 years, it still is. Despite the fact that he is getting old, Geddy still has the strength and unincumbered flexibility to hop around and perform quantum string theory interpretative dances (improvised, in keeping with laws of theoretical physics) on stage while strumming his bass guitar and warbling vocals capable of forming into a piercing projectile splittingly high enough to shear through two feet of solid steel. His voice remains unable to crack Hillary Rodham Clinton's heart of stone, however.Notably, Geddy Lee has worn dark glasses ever since 1989's Presto. This is actually because he has gone blind; blind people wear dark glasses all the time so that people don't know which direction they are looking. Bobby, Stephen Colbert's stage manager, also wears glasses because he is blind, but his glasses aren't dark. Bobby hasn't realized this yet, though, because he is: a citrix certification) blind, and b) stupid. Despite the fact that Geddy is blind, his bandmates still trust him to play complicated basslines and synth riffs. |
